Water shortage is becoming a real emergency due to climate change and population grouth. The enhancement of the performances of existing insfrastructure has become a necessity to face the new challenges.
The concepts of digital twin, high frequency monitoring and remote operations are becoming the new standard for the management of a reliable and resilient network .
